The following terms and conditions apply to all hire contracts. A copy will be presented to the hirer for signature on delivery :-
Terms
1. Lutonavhire is hereinafter referred to as the "owner".
2. The person(s) or organisation entering into a a rental agreement with the owner is hereinafter referred to as the "hirer".
3 A signed contract will be required for the hirer.
4. The equipment provided to the hirer under rental contract includes all hardware,case(s),cables and documentation, delivered to the hirer hereinafter referred to as the "equipment".
5. Lutonavhire supplies equipment maintained, checked and tested prior to delivery. The owner shall not be liable for equipment failure and/or consequential loss of any kind.
6. The hire of equipment for a rental contract is subject to a minimum of one calendar day.
7. Lutonavhire may, at their discretion, request references and/or a copy of the proposed hirers insurance policy.
8. Orders may be subject to confirmation by company purchase order ,cash payment on equipment delivery.
9. Give 24 hours notice of the order requirement, we will arrange delivery of hire equipment by 5:30pm on the day before the contract commences. Otherwise, delivery will be made before 10:00am on the day of contract commencement.
10 .A signature from the hirer will be required on delivery to confirm reciept of equipment.
Loss or Damage to hire equipment.
11.Throughout the period of the rental contract, all equipment kept secure when not in use. No equipment to be left in vehicles overnight .Equipment on hire shall be covered against loss or damage by the hirer's insurance.
13.The hirer shall keep equipment in the condition as supplied . Make no alterations or repairs.
